I placed an order for the frozen, raw dog food to be sent directly to my kennel for while I was on vacation. I placed the order on Monday. It said it would arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. On Friday I checked the website and it said it was still processing the order. So, I called. There was a very annoying message that ran every minute or so saying that you could leave a number for a callback if you didn't want to wait. Eventually, the message got so annoying that I left a message. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!! I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and I have no idea if and when the food will arrive. Even if it does, I have to go out and get different food because I have to make sure my dog is taken care of. So, at this point, it doesn't really matter. Really disappointing. This company seems really unreliable.
