I cannot recommend this product at all! The quality is extremely poor, and the price is 5-10 times higher than similar products, making it feel like a scam. I have four dogs—two huskies, one Labrador, and one German shepherd—and they all have different tastes and preferences. None of them even wanted to try the food; it all went to waste! That’s $170 wasted! Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful and rude, promising a follow-up that never happened. It’s disappointing, but I’ll move on. This is a very flawed business model.
DO NOT BUY! I thought I would try Maev as a healthier option I was a new customer and needed to cancel an order right after placing - I emailed same day with zero response so I called waiting on hold for over 40 minutes for the rep to tell me they don’t cancel orders or do refunds at all- even though my order didn’t ship. If something happens to your pet on this food good luck because you will never get ahold of anyone and they don’t care. If there is anything wrong with your order you won’t be refunded and they won’t care. Be very careful before making the decision to buy this food.
I placed an order for the frozen, raw dog food to be sent directly to my kennel for while I was on vacation. I placed the order on Monday. It said it would arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. On Friday I checked the website and it said it was still processing the order. So, I called. There was a very annoying message that ran every minute or so saying that you could leave a number for a callback if you didn't want to wait. Eventually, the message got so annoying that I left a message. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!! I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and I have no idea if and when the food will arrive. Even if it does, I have to go out and get different food because I have to make sure my dog is taken care of. So, at this point, it doesn't really matter. Really disappointing. This company seems really unreliable.
