I ordered the MeetOne Tour in the last week of June with delivery scheduled for first week of August. It was delivered as promised with no issues.I contacted customer support with a variety of questions while waiting and received quick responses.Since I had already done a test ride I knew what to expect and it met my expectations.Recently one of the rear shocks began leaking oil. I contacted customer support and within hours I had a response asking for further information. I sent what they requested and within two days they sent me the tracking information for two new shocks that are being shipped.I have purchased bikes from several different companies over the last couple years and MeetOne customer support is definitely a top tier service.I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
