Meetone Customer service was extremely helpful. I own a Meetone Tour model and was interested in having backup batteries to take along on my rides. I needed clarification on which batteries would be compatible with the Tour model trike, since there currently are 48V batteries that are 15 AH, 20AH, and 25AH. Also, there are different chargers available. The CSR was able to explain all my options. Very pleased with the prompt reply also.
I just love my Meet one we’ve gone 300 miles on our Meet one since May and we absolutely love it and we are recommending to everyone we know thank you very much for the free gifts and acknowledgment. The small issue we had with my bike was resolved quickly and they clicked as they sent out the part immediately and it was repaired. Thank you. P Bennett.
I ordered the MeetOne Tour in the last week of June with delivery scheduled for first week of August. It was delivered as promised with no issues.I contacted customer support with a variety of questions while waiting and received quick responses.Since I had already done a test ride I knew what to expect and it met my expectations.Recently one of the rear shocks began leaking oil. I contacted customer support and within hours I had a response asking for further information. I sent what they requested and within two days they sent me the tracking information for two new shocks that are being shipped.I have purchased bikes from several different companies over the last couple years and MeetOne customer support is definitely a top tier service.I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
With 40 miles so far I give the Pro, 5 stars for fit, finish and function. Inserting The rubber cover for the charging port is very difficult.I had a defective tire and the problem was resolved quickly with Sam replying within one business day to my emails and sending new tire.5 stars to customer support..
I received my Breeze Pro and it did not disappoint! My first ride was 12 miles and it felt great. I took all the boxes to a local reputable bike shop and had them put everything together. They gave the trike two thumbs up for fit and finish along with quality. I recommend going this route. For a reasonable fee it was put together and that included instruction.
I received My trike early September. Slight shipping damage Meetone took Care of it immediately after l reported it. I cannot believe the Quality of the bike and the great service l received. My first ride was through the forest preserve bike paths nearby WOW!. At 69 years old l am amazed. Will be getting another one next spring for my wife.
I love my Breeze! After many hours of researching electric trikes, I bought the Meet One Breeze. It provided the stability, heft and reliability I require. I received it June 13 and as of today (Sept 30) I have put 846 miles on. I did have to contact customer service about a tube that popped at a seam and they replaced it with two new tubes so I could have one in reserve. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and the trike is the best purchase I have made in years! Ride on!
