Honestly, this app is great. I’ve been using it for about three months now. It has some issues that can be frustrating; it works wonderfully one day, but then the next day it might not let you download files due to glitches. I often visit the help section to find solutions, but sometimes it just doesn’t work. It’s a great app, but it definitely needs improvements, especially for mobile users.
