I have been using this service for around 13 years, primarily to back up documents, databases, and my entire .conf library. I have always used a Linux machine (RedHat/Ubuntu) without any issues. Recently, I faced a problem with the desktop client on my new laptop. I reached out to the support team through the available channels, and they helped me resolve the issue. Although I considered my problem minor, the support team responded within 2 days each time, which I found very satisfactory. After exchanging 3 emails, my issue was fully resolved. I should also mention that I am on the free/50GB plan. Overall, I am very pleased with the support provided!

This app is disappointing as it only allows downloads of up to 5GB without requiring payment. Why use this when there are other services available that offer more free storage and unlimited downloads? It just doesn’t make sense to choose this.

It has some issues that can be frustrating; it works wonderfully one day, but then the next day it might not let you download files due to glitches. This is the worst cloud service I have ever encountered. They pressure you to pay immediately after surpassing the storage limit. If you don’t pay, your data can be deleted without notice or clear explanation. Because of these alarming terms of service, I lost irreplaceable memories. This service is unreliable and its policies are harsh. Avoid it if you care about your data.
I asked my brother to send me his wedding video via this platform, but I had to wait almost 24 hours just to download 15.66 GB due to the transfer quota limit. This app feels focused on making money. I may consider switching to another service.
