I have been using this service for around 13 years, primarily to back up documents, databases, and my entire .conf library. I have always used a Linux machine (RedHat/Ubuntu) without any issues. Recently, I faced a problem with the desktop client on my new laptop. I reached out to the support team through the available channels, and they helped me resolve the issue. Although I considered my problem minor, the support team responded within 2 days each time, which I found very satisfactory. After exchanging 3 emails, my issue was fully resolved. I should also mention that I am on the free/50GB plan. Overall, I am very pleased with the support provided!
