This company had no issues accepting my deposits for weeks. However, the moment I requested a $4,200 payout, they locked my account, claiming I have "multiple accounts." I have no knowledge of any other account, and if one exists, Megabonanza knowingly ignored it while taking my money, only to "discover" it when it was time to pay me.
I’m in process of taking legal action and already created the consumer complaint investigation on them.
* Federal Filing: I have officially filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Case #260401-30782892.
* Binding Arbitration: I am initiating Formal Binding Arbitration for breach of contract and deceptive trade practices. I have documented every deposit they accepted as evidence that they functionally recognized my account as valid.
I will only update this warning once the full $4,200.00 is confirmed in my possession. New players: they will take your money instantly, but they will "find" a reason to lock you out the second you win. Exercise extreme caution with them.
