Well Ive been playing on here daily and have for sometime now! Redemptions are typically O.K. as far as getting them in a few days sometimes it takes a week! However a few days ago I put in for a redemption. When I checked today I thought it was odd it hadn't even been approved much less sent out! So I contacted them and im told I need to verify my cards which let me tell you are old and no longer get active I had got new cards for those accounts. The problem here is no one reached out to me to inform me I need to verify anything. When j told them one of tbe cards kn question is no longer active im told I have to fulfill their request. This relevant team is what is slow! I bought 10 packs 10 days ago that was supposed to have 120 attached spins on a particular game. They did not work so like a week later I. Given 100 free spins per transaction on some other game I really dont care for. Anyways yes I do win here from time to time but all the extra nonsense isnt worth kt there are plenty of other sites that are just as gokd and dont leave hanging for days sometimes a week! Had I not reached out asking why my redemptio hadn't been approved i would've never known they didnt plan on paying the redemption as they did not reach out to inform me of any further verification

I have multiple redemptions that are sitting in process, after several days they sent me back one of redemptions and said that it was declined by the payment provider? I have other redemptions that were requested before that and after that still have not be received.
This used to be a good portal but lately they have been very tight. The rewards are terrible. I made it to platinum status which is one of the highest levels and the rewards are nonexistent. If you win they take back almost like a punishment for winning.

Do not use this app. They will robb you of your money. They will do anything not to pay you out. I spent a lot of money on this app then when I tried to cash out only 200 they locked my account. I wrote the support team and they aren't helping either. DO NOT PLAY THIS APP
I have mixed reviews.I feel like if you win or redeem they take at back later. I must say I have won on it but they try and take it all back. The winning is not consistent. I wished they had fast pay options available like Legendz casino. I also wish they had better rewards.
Just dropped $500+ doing $2 spins. I hit 1 bonus game and won $20. No fk** way this wasn't rigged..someone hit the FU switch. Ive been playing this game on another site and have hit on the bonus games every 30 or so plays.. to get one in 250, 300 spins is unreal.
If I could give them a - STAR I WOULD. I had to reach back out to them today from the promo I bought and again I purchase $40 for $19.99 Plus a additional $5 that was supposed to be deposited the next day.
Not their telling me I didn't purchase the package infollowed the email link to and gave me a $7 credit and 7000 GC.

I didn't realize I had another mega bonanza account they let me play on it they let me even buy a pack but the minute I started winning they kicked me off of the account blocked it wouldn't allow me to get any of my money and refused to do anything about it.
This casino is now giving the run around about being able to redeem when I won. I've been paid out before but was a small amount. There fore im obviously a verified member and have a verified account. Now that I won a decent amount all of a sudden they need all these different documents. Same account as before but now there is an issue. It wont any let me upload any documents.
