SCAM!! I would give this site zero stars if I could!! The first redemption I made was quick with no issues. I spent more money on their site and ended up winning $800 going on almost over a month ago now. They are refusing to pay me. They asked for extra verification which I was fine with and submitted… I have now submitted proper documentation to them FIVE TIMES and they keep declining it. I’ve blown support up only to be ignored or receive absolutely no help when they do finally reply. I am fed up! This site is a total scam! At this point I want all the money I’ve put into this site refunded or pay me my redemption. This is ridiculous and I am extremely upset over this whole experience. I do NOT recommend this site and will not be playing on it again. There are a lot of great and reputable sweeps casinos out there, this is NOT one of them.
