I provided an update regarding the information they requested to understand what went wrong. I did make a mistake by creating two accounts, but I never utilized any bonuses or free plays on either account, and I've spent hundreds, possibly even a thousand dollars. When I won, they did process my payout but stated they would close the account associated with my winnings and left the other account open, despite claiming that having two accounts would result in both being closed. I feel they used this as an excuse not to pay me, especially since I’ve invested a significant amount. I haven’t heard back from them since, and I plan to revisit this issue. It would be helpful if they had screenshots available for transparency, as it could prevent confusion for others considering playing.
