I really don’t want to rate at all, but I’m compelled to share my thoughts. I will be updating my rating based on my experience with the service. I was quite disappointed. It was hard to believe how much it affected me, especially since I was in need of the money. The only reason I played that day was because of my financial situation, so it’s puzzling why they couldn’t resolve my issue and credit my account without complications. It felt unjust, especially since the payout was significant, and I ultimately didn’t receive it. They did refund my five purchases, but I’m unsure what that was about. I’m just hoping to get some additional funds, as I have six children and seven grandchildren. I realize that this may not be much in the grand scheme of things, but this was my only opportunity for extra cash. I will be updating my review soon.
