Well Ive been playing on here daily and have for sometime now! Redemptions are typically O.K. as far as getting them in a few days sometimes it takes a week! However a few days ago I put in for a redemption. When I checked today I thought it was odd it hadn't even been approved much less sent out! So I contacted them and im told I need to verify my cards which let me tell you are old and no longer get active I had got new cards for those accounts. The problem here is no one reached out to me to inform me I need to verify anything. When j told them one of tbe cards kn question is no longer active im told I have to fulfill their request. This relevant team is what is slow! I bought 10 packs 10 days ago that was supposed to have 120 attached spins on a particular game. They did not work so like a week later I. Given 100 free spins per transaction on some other game I really dont care for. Anyways yes I do win here from time to time but all the extra nonsense isnt worth kt there are plenty of other sites that are just as gokd and dont leave hanging for days sometimes a week! Had I not reached out asking why my redemptio hadn't been approved i would've never known they didnt plan on paying the redemption as they did not reach out to inform me of any further verification
