I requested a withdrawal March 17 over 48 hous ago.
The email confirmation says:
"Please note that the redemption request is under review by our teams before they are approved for processing which usually takes up to 48 hours."
Been over 48 hours and nothing. Support just gives generic responses.
I won't be using this site again.
UPDATE: The email you sent me says "I'm truly sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your redemption. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after allowing the expected review time. Rest assured, I have already initiated a follow-up regarding this matter with our team.
We'll contact you as soon as we receive an update. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated."
That's not helpful.
UPDATE2: "Prioritized" means nothing without a date. Confirmation email promised "up to 48 hours" - it's been 70+ hours. Approve my $54.85 (TXN 669716) today or explain why not. Won't use site again regardless.
