These are scammers who took my deposit and refused to let me play any games. The system kept redirecting me to different pages that wouldn't load, and the chat support was terrible. The automated service put me on hold with no follow-up, even after I tried four times. I couldn't cancel my £20 deposit. I've reached out to my bank and am waiting for a resolution since they have kept my money without allowing me to cancel. Steer clear unless you're prepared to be scammed. The positive reviews seem to be fabricated by the company.
