My review is for people who are thinking about signing up. Here is what you want to know. Do they honour the sign up bonus? Probably for some but for me, no. If they decide for whatever reason your not eligible they don't tell you on site. Instead they send you an email because most people won't log out after signing up to check. I did check and when I saw I wasn't eligible I decided not to play and take my money to another site but not so fast. They will let you deposit £10 but the minimum withdrawal is £20 so I can't comment on withdrawal times. Alot of people seem happy with the casino so I won't advise one way or another. I'm giving them 1 star because my experience wasn't a good one and I think the casino is a little sneaky. Cost me £10 to know I'll never use the site again on principle. There are less deceptive casinos for me to waste my money in. Hop this is helpful to somebody. You should always ignore the reviews screaming about scams and rigged games because that's almost certainly not true. Just the luck of the draw. you shouldn't gamble if you can't take losing. I decided to take up their free spins offer on £10 deposit. I won £71 but it wouldn't allow you to withdraw. After going to chat bot then finally an operator called David informed me I had to opt out of bonus balance and sent pages of t&Cs. Following this all money disappeared from my account. It's shocking how bad their customer service is. I raised concerns with David and I warned I will take a complaint up with the Gambling commission. This caused him to get angry and suspend my account. Do not use Mega it's a con.
