Ordered 2 cushions and a tree ornament on 7th Nov and had a confirmation email but then nothing at all. The responses here make it sound like it’s just a company that is overwhelmed with orders but to not communicate anything is a big issue. In their answers here they acknowledge that they have an issue with communication but they then don’t appear to be fixing that problem! Have sent my order number and email to the customer services as is mentioned in many of their responses here, I shall wait to see if I actually hear anything and then consider getting a refund from the bank!
