This website is clearly fraudulent! I ordered two personalized items on the 20th of November, received a confirmation email, but nothing else. The chatbot is useless, not recognizing my order number and preventing me from tracking it. I emailed customer service, but all they did was ask for information I had already provided. I regret not checking reviews beforehand, as now I have to go through PayPal to get my money back and find new gifts just three weeks before Christmas!
