One star is too generous. I placed an order on the 11th of November, and it still shows as processing. I have contacted them multiple times and only get told it’s processing and they’ll be in touch. When I asked to cancel, their terms state that the order is considered commenced 24 hours after ordering and only a partial refund would be issued. I suspect this is a money-making scam unless proven otherwise by comments from actual customers who received their items or my own order arriving.
