I placed an order for 4 custom pillows on 15th November and have not received any communication since. I understand this time of year can result in an influx of orders but this delay should be communicated.I have emailed the company and was met with a auto reply asking for the information I had provided in my initial email. I then resent the information they were requesting and was met with the same email response once again.Im very disappointed in myself for not checking reviews in advance.
