I placed an order three weeks ago and there has been no sign of delivery. I've reached out twice for updates and was initially informed that one of my items was out of stock, causing the delay. I was told it was now available and that I would be updated when my items were ready. After not receiving any update for a week, I followed up again and was told that processing was delayed due to an unexpected shortage of raw materials. I ordered three personalized pillows for my children for Christmas, and now they will be very disappointed. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
