Extremely disappointing service experience. I placed my order on 6th November for Christmas gifts for my children, and I still haven't received anything, nor can I track my order. I've sent multiple emails; the first received a response, but the second has been ignored. It's unacceptable! I cannot recommend this service to anyone. If you are genuinely a small business, you should prioritize customer satisfaction and your reputation, both of which are currently lacking.
