UPDATE: The company responded via email after I posted this review, acknowledging that my item has not yet shipped despite taking my payment, which is against the law. I have initiated a dispute with my bank and received the following response from them: Thank you for your email. Due to high demand for this item, there has been a delay in processing orders. They assured me my order is prioritized and that I would receive a shipping notification once it ships. They also encouraged me to reach out if I had further questions. Wishing me all the best seems a bit hollow at this point.
