Beware of this service. I placed an order, and shortly after, I attempted to share the site with a friend so she could also order. That's when I noticed it mentioned delivery after Christmas. I tried to cancel my order and was directed to an email, which claimed cancellations had to be made within 24 hours. I sent an email but received no response. I followed up again within the 24-hour window, but still no reply. I even commented on their social media posts and messaged them directly, yet got nothing in return. I attempted to chat multiple times during their posted hours, but no one ever responded. If I don't receive a full refund soon, my next step will be to contact my bank and report this as fraud.
