I would give a lower rating if possible. My order has not arrived; I purchased two personalized pillows for my daughters for Christmas, costing £100. Now I'm left without them and out of pocket. I've emailed the company three times without any response. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand like I usually do. This is incredibly frustrating!
