If I could rate this lower than 1 star, I would. I placed my order in November, expecting it to arrive for Christmas. On December 10, I received an email stating that my order was being canceled and refunded without any explanation, such as being out of stock. However, the refund has still not been processed. I have not received any replies to my emails. This service is completely unacceptable.
