I've sent multiple emails without receiving a reply. Two weeks ago, I was informed that I would receive a refund for two of my items, but it never happened. This service feels like a scam. I ordered four items, and now they won't arrive in time for the holiday. I strongly advise against using them. They rarely respond to emails, and when they do, it's just an automated message asking for information I've already given.
