I placed an order for a cushion on 21 November as a Christmas gift. After waiting two weeks without any updates, I reached out to the service via email twice but received no replies. Eventually, I sent a direct message on social media threatening to report the transaction as fraudulent if I didn’t hear back. I finally got a tracking number, and the item arrived a month later on 23 December. The colors of the cushion were drastically different from those shown in the picture, making it look cheap and unappealing. Given the delay, I doubt I can find a replacement gift in time for Christmas, and I'm embarrassed to give this item as it looks tacky. I regret spending $66 on this unsatisfactory product.
