As mentioned in a previous review, I wish I could rate this less than one star. I regret not researching more before ordering from this unreliable website. I ordered two custom pillows, but it took an eternity to receive generic ones that bear no resemblance to my order. They are also refusing to issue a refund. Caution is advised with this terrible platform. I've already submitted the order number along with a photo of what I was expecting.
