I received a response with no refund. After several exchanges with the company, they stated they would issue a full credit. However, the email I received yesterday regarding the "credit" lacked any date or time, unlike the previous partial credit notification. I informed them that if they process a refund according to their policy, I will update my review. Yet, I still have not received my money back, and there has been no follow-up with an official refund confirmation.
