CAUTION. I was excited to receive a coat but found the pockets were unevenly placed, indicating poor tailoring. I contacted the seller three times before receiving a response from a representative who offered a partial store credit instead of a return. I provided photos showing the issue but was told returning the coat would cost $40. I felt this was unfair, given it was their mistake. After asking for return information, communication ceased. We've reported this business to the BBB and our credit card company. As a business owner, I believe in making things right when mistakes occur, but this seller does not seem to share that principle.
