I gave them 1 star, but I would rate them even lower if possible. I ordered a coat in December 2025, but what arrived was nothing like the advertisement. The item is thin, flimsy, and poorly constructed. I wouldn't pay $10 for it, much less the $84.95 I was charged. I've reached out twice regarding a return and refund but have received no response. I strongly advise against purchasing from them!
