Signed up, deposited and was able withdraw then all of a sudden after the withdrawl they need documents, so I provide the documents, but for some reason its been 4 days and still cant play, just think its poor practice after my £100 withdrawl they need documents and suspend my play: edit its now 5 days and still not done, yet all the other documents took less than an hr, i provided the additional info requested and still nothing, might keep an update log going to see how long it takes to verify 1 document lol
