Customer support later confirms these emails are automated and that no payment is actually being processed at that time. When a payment truly enters processing, it can take up to eight business days to complete, if it completes at all. I personally lost over $1,700 by trusting these assurances. I strongly advise others to be cautious and not rely on claims that payments are 'being processed,' as these notifications seem automated rather than reflective of real activity. Based on my experience and feedback from others, some individuals have reportedly waited up to 20 business days for small payments. This raises serious concerns about transparency and business practices. I will update this review if I receive any portion of the funds, but at this point, I am prepared for the possibility of a total loss.
