You must provide extensive proof and documentation to verify your identity. After doing so, you receive an email stating that your payment is being processed, but this information is misleading. Customer support later confirms these emails are automated and that no payment is actually being processed at that time. When a payment truly enters processing, it can take up to eight business days to complete, if it completes at all. I personally lost over $1,700 by trusting these assurances. I strongly advise others to be cautious and not rely on claims that payments are 'being processed,' as these notifications seem automated rather than reflective of real activity. Based on my experience and feedback from others, some individuals have reportedly waited up to 20 business days for small payments. This raises serious concerns about transparency and business practices. I will update this review if I receive any portion of the funds, but at this point, I am prepared for the possibility of a total loss.
Avoid this platform and consider playing elsewhere. This place is awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of trusted and established options available, so there's no reason to waste time here. The RTP is very low, and the small wins when your balance is nearly depleted seem manipulated. Out of $30, I barely ever won. On one game, I couldn't even stop the spin on the bonus when I wanted to. On other platforms, I could stop the spin during bonuses. The RTP must be awful here. What good are big bonus packages if you never win anything? I won’t be playing here anymore unless something changes.
