Support is unhelpful. The RTP is very low on this site. After spending over $3,000 and reaching a gold tier, I contacted support about my losses. Their response was dismissive, and I have since closed my account and filed chargebacks. It's a scam site with poor support, and the platform looks poorly designed. The only redeeming quality is their game selection.
