I have Ukrainian account, and purchased a movie while being outside Ukraine. The payment was charged at the European rate, but the movie was not available in Ukrainian language. It is not possible to watch the movie on language you may not understand.I contacted customer support and asked to provide the film on my language, on language of my account, but they refused. Then I requested a refund since the movie was unavailable in my language. they refused again.The support team responded very slowly, asked for my account number and a code from my email, and eventually refused to issue a refund. I do not recommend this service. If you ever move abroad, you won’t be able to watch movies in your native language at all.Poorly designed service, aggressive marketing, and low-quality customer support.
