Sometimes you need to purchase newly released movies separately, but there’s usually plenty of content included in the subscription, so it’s not a big issue.

The choice of content is very poor. Anything worth seeing is for the additional price.You just click on some movie or series, it opens and you see a button "Purchase", you go back to the list of movies and repeat this process again and again to find something that is actually included in subscription. Usually I just get tired of this and switch to another subscription I have. Megogo is totally useless!And subscription is not cheaper than for other providers.They refused to cancel my 1-year subscription and refund me for not used months because you have only first 7 days to get a refund.
I subscribed to MEGOGO specifically to watch the Usyk vs. Fury fight while abroad, only to discover that the service is restricted outside my home country—something they failed to clearly communicate. To make matters worse, I was charged automatically for a subscription I couldn’t use.I reached out to their support team the very same day I was charged, expecting a resolution, but they told me there was nothing they could do. This demonstrates a complete lack of care for customers and unfair policies.I will never use this service again and urge others to avoid it.
I decided not to continue using their services because product doesn't worth the cost. But even if your subscription tier expires - they continue taking money from your bank account. If they couldn't change for a whole year at once - they will charge monthly as they prefer not to protect customers but to suck as much as possible even if it's over. Customer service is useless.
