Many doors are closed at times, and the management fails to communicate this. The parking lot, which is covered in snow, makes it difficult to park, only to discover that the door near my car is locked. At the very least, there should be a large sign indicating the closure of half the store. The management seems indifferent, expecting customers to return despite these issues. I only visit this location as a last option, and on my latest visit, they were out of stock. I've shared my concerns with the manager multiple times, only to be met with laughter. My feelings toward the management can only be described as very negative.
