Typically, the service is excellent, but when I called the support line, I encountered a representative who didn't provide her name. She was unable to answer a straightforward question regarding the product satisfaction guarantee.
Many of the entrances are closed at times, and the ineffective management doesn't even bother to inform customers. The parking area resembles a snow-covered pinball court, making it difficult to park, only to discover that the door nearby is locked. At the very least, there should be a prominent sign indicating that half of the store is closed. The management seems indifferent, expecting customers to return despite the poor service. I only visit this place as a last resort, and on my most recent trip, they didn't have what I needed. I've expressed my concerns to the manager several times, only to be met with laughter. My feelings towards the management are far from positive.

A group of us was assisting people in need by distributing food, and we raised around $1000. However, a representative claimed we were monopolizing the supplies, despite allowing others to participate. The manager then arrived and asked us to leave.
While I was using the self-checkout, a cashier approached and started removing items from my cart, placing my groceries on the floor. I had to ask them to stop, as it seemed like common sense. I shop at this location several times a week, sometimes even five days.
