When it turned out that my 15.6 inch laptop did not fit the 15–16 inch sleeve due to its width, Olivia handled the situation with exceptional care and professionalism. She took the time to look into the exact laptop model, explained the sizing clearly and kept me personally updated during the launch of a new, larger size.
