Ordered the smart sleeve after seeing it on Instagram and was a bit skeptical because of the price but I can honestly say that it’s 100% worth it. The best purchase for my remote working setup. Only been using it for a few days but can already feel the difference in my wrists and neck.
I can honestly not recommend these sleeves enough, both for the product and the service.
The sleeve itself is beautifully made, feels premium and is a pleasure to use on a daily basis. When it turned out that my 15.6 inch laptop did not fit the 15–16 inch sleeve due to its width, Olivia handled the situation with exceptional care and professionalism. She took the time to look into the exact laptop model, explained the sizing clearly and kept me personally updated during the launch of a new, larger size.
The communication was warm, clear and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire process. You can tell there is real care behind this brand.

The product looks nice, but both sleeves I bought don’t function as expected. The short flap folds fine, but the long flap doesn’t fold correctly, leaving no support for the wrist. The magnet isn’t strong enough to hold it in place. I feel I overpaid for items that aren’t functional. I anticipated high-quality products for over €100 for two sleeves.
