It was shipped on 08.01, and I got an email saying it was out for delivery that same day. By 10.01, I was informed it was still in transit. It finally arrived on 14.01, exactly one month after ordering. Furthermore, the company does not provide refunds, only a coupon for future use. The website is cumbersome and not user-friendly. While the representative I spoke with was courteous and did help with the shipping, my overall experience was very disappointing.
