Caution with this company! I only gave one star because there’s no option for zero. I had a pleasant experience before, but not this time. I ordered a solid gold ring on November 26 with shipping set for November 27. A few days later, on November 29, I received an email saying my order was delayed but would ship by December 1. By December 3, still no order and no updates, so I emailed support and followed up again on December 4, but I’ve been completely ignored! I tried calling customer service 12 times this morning, but the line was constantly busy. They charged my account on November 27, yet I received nothing! I will be reporting them as this is unacceptable! I understand it may be a busy season, but customers should not be ignored! I will not order from them again!
