My partner and I were in on Saturday, for Valentines Day. While I have had issues with the quality of pieces from Mejuri, the customer service is usually top notch.
This visit was especially enjoyable, because we had great service from Richard! This has been my second time having a good experience at this location, because of his input and efficiency. We picked up a ring for my partner and ordered another for myself(they didn't have my size in store)- that should be here in the next day or two! Both items are a thick sterling silver and seem to be good quality. Looking forward to receiving my ring in the mail!

La empresa no respalda su producto. El collar de vermail se volvió verde después de un solo uso, y cuando presenté mi queja, me respondieron que estaba fuera de garantía. ¿Cómo puedo quejarme si no vivo en el país? Solo visito el país una vez cada 2 o 3 años. No me digan que la empresa espera que vuele solo para reclamar la garantía a tiempo.
My online shopping experience was very positive, and I absolutely love the items I received. While there was quite a bit of packaging, the joy of unboxing made it feel special. I mention the packaging since I will probably recycle it. Perhaps having an option to return it to a store for reuse would be beneficial.
