The products are great. The rings I have are sturdy, maintain their shape and color, and just work effortlessly with any outfit choice. Customer service is hit or miss. In store personnel can either be incredibly helpful and interested in helping, or borderline rude where you wonder if they’re not doing you a favor by doing their job. Online support also wasn’t helpful when I needed an issue resolved. Because of this, I’m actually not sure I’d shop here again. Of course it won’t make a difference to the company, but that’s exactly why I’d rather go somewhere where service is consistent and people matter.
