I’m a loyal customer but 2 experiences have changed my opinion. 1 I had a bad experience at your Glendale store. I was accused of slamming a bracelet that had a faulty lock. I didn’t appreciate the accusation. And two, the Black Friday sales weren’t great. I had been waiting to buy I diamond bracelet but I went w another brand that had a better deal.
