I really wanted to appreciate this brand, but my recent experience has completely altered my perception. I ordered a piece that was delivered to a community mailbox instead of directly to me. For a higher-value item, it’s baffling that no signature was required and the package was left unsecured. I only found it with the help of my building’s concierge, otherwise, it would have remained lost. When I finally retrieved it, the package was empty, and I immediately contacted support. Multiple representatives assured me a replacement and refund were approved and would be sent. Later, another agent contradicted this, stating my case had not been approved. This inconsistency has been very distressing as they essentially took my money without delivering the ring I purchased properly or refunding it, despite their promises. Instead of resolving the delivery issue or addressing the conflicting information, the company ultimately denied the replacement. Their final response only focused on the package being marked as “delivered,” ignoring the fact that it was delivered improperly and without security. I’ve bought from many jewelry brands, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a lack of security in delivery and had my concerns dismissed. Unfortunately, this experience has made me wary of ordering from them again. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing expensive items from them; they may mislead you in support, create confusion, and take your money without proper help.
