We RSVP'd and arrived for the event on November 9 with the intent to buy earrings and get pierced as advertised. However, there was no piercer. I completely understand that she was no longer there due to having kiddos. But what I think should have been an option and offered the evening of the event, is to provide a rain check that would honor the discount for the event as well as the free piercing. My daughter was extremely disappointed due to the fact that this was part of her birthday present. We spoke with the store manager and gave him our contact info. We are waiting to hear back from him.
