I've spent enough money on Mejuri and feel offended by the sales associates on my visit on Nov 11.I've purchased enough flatbacks from Mejuri to understand what my sizing is and the sales associates refuse to sell the item. I'm well aware that the company has a customer profile and the sales associate should reference it. I've also had family members that have purchased flatbacks for me, which is surprising because they were able to buy it without "my ear" present for the piecer. Mejuri needs to change their policy on flatbacks if a healed customer is trying to purchase their product. I wanted to buy another one to add to my collection, but I rather spend my money else where. Disappointed.
